First of all, how are you doing post-retreat? It can be hard to adjust back to “normal” after spending any amount of time truly feeling and communicating.

f you need any support or resources for handling this change, please let Hayley, Hannah, or Abbey know. We’re here for you. As you may know, hosting and teaching together in this setting is something that we as teachers are passionate about. In an effort to provide the best experience possible at future retreats, we would like to get some honest feedback from you.
