Your massage will be provided by Abbey Porte, a licensed massage therapist, who has experience in deep tissue manipulation, Swedish techniques, and neuromuscular therapy. (If you aren’t sure which one fits best with your needs, it can always be discussed at the beginning of each session. No worries!)

Every massage is customized to the needs of each client with an end goal of improving overall wellness and total mind and body rejuvenation.
